Operations consulting with behavioral science under the hood.

Natalie Grogan, Founder

I've spent eight years helping founders turn a proven idea into a company that runs. Thirty-plus engagements, from pre-seed startups to a $400M family-owned business, and the pattern is always the same: the founder is the bottleneck, knows it, and doesn't have time to write the playbook.

My training is in industrial-organizational psychology. Most consultants build systems and hope the right people are in the seats. Most talent consultants read the people and stop at the report. I do both in the same engagement, because a process owned by the wrong person doesn't run, and a great person in an undefined seat burns out.

The first version of this firm grew to sixteen people. I learned that headcount scales cost faster than it scales margin. This version stays small on purpose: I lead every engagement, specialists handle defined modules, and templates refined over thirty engagements do the rest.

I'm based in Charleston, South Carolina, and work both in person and remotely. At least one in person meeting is required for remote engagements.

What we believe

Assessments are instruments, not products

A behavioral report attached to no decision is noise. Every assessment we run answers a specific operating question.

Founders want relief and execution, not strategy

A diagnostic that ends in a deck loses the client. A diagnostic that ends in three decisions and a first meeting keeps them.

What we build stays with you

Fractional executives leave with the system in their head. We install it in your company and train your team to run it.

Start with a half-day Founder Operating Review.

You get a behavioral read of how you make decisions, an audit of how the company runs, and the three changes that would make the biggest difference this quarter. If we're a fit for more, we'll tell you. If we're not, you still leave with a plan.
