THE OUTSTANDING MANAGER:
TRAINING + MASTERMIND

Becoming a new manager is both exciting and terrifying.
In most cases there is very little training on developing a management style, understanding the needs of your team, and identifying strength and weaknesses.

It takes most people years on the job to develop what we teach in 8 weeks,
combining principles of management consulting and psychology.

8 Weeks

Our sessions are 90 minutes per week for 8 weeks. Each session has 30 minutes of course curriculum and 60 minutes of discussion, learning from peers, and hot-seat coaching on challenges you're currently facing.

8 Peers

Each cohort is made up of 8 people who are new to managing and work for different companies. This brings diverse perspectives and allows everyone to learn from each other's challenges as new managers.

2 Mentors

The program is led by our CEO, Natalie Grogan and each cohort will have an additional mentor with expertise in business, management, and talent optimization. Mentors are even available to you after the program ends!

Driving Employee Engagement + Performance

"Discretionary effort" is the difference between employees who do the bare minimum because they 'have to' to avoid getting in trouble and those who go above and beyond because they want and choose to. Most organizations, whether they know it or not, manage performance in ways that motivate people to do the bare minimum. You’re going to change that.

Team Dynamics + Conflict Management

Conflict and power struggles are an absolute waste of time that breeds toxicity among teams and cultures. Learn how to confront conflict head-on and cut the BS. We look at interpersonal relationships, use people data to examine team dynamics, and give you the tools to lead a harmonious team, free from office politics and other nonsense that gets in the way of achievement.
